cool, thanks so much Tex! The problem is, i don't have internet on my computer with Photoshop until i get back to school, so i don't want to hop back and forth between the internet on this computer, looking up how to do it on line, and to my school computer with photoshop on it. it's a pain.

it sends it directly to my hard drive, i re name it by date and then transfer it to my F drive which is much larger than my C drive. THEN..i use windows media maker and import whatever episode i want and it breaks it down into clips. about 295 per episode, THEN i put them in folders, Rendall, Jonathan, and so on. Oh wow. You are far more organized than I am. I toasted my c drive & my D drive storing my favorite clips. Now I'm recording them straight to DVD & I have yet to figure out how to get them drom the disk back to my hard drive. I did it once & the sound didn't work but I can't even remember how I did that! Oy Vey. I need to just by the tuner card & an external drive. My poor laptop is steaming by the end of the day.

Mandy! My husband also rolls his eyes and makes fun of me for watching the soaps and reading the MBs. And yes, I feel at times that he deserves at least and he makes me also sometimes feel like doing this . But if you've read the Commando post, you'd know why . He just makes it too easy. This is partly my fault, however, because when we first got together, I had quit watching soaps completely. So, he didn't know. It somehow reared its ugly head a couple of years ago. And now, well, now he works at home and I blast the shows as loud as I can to hopefully motivate him into at least GET THE HECK OUT OF THE HOUSE! For even half an hour? Oprah always does the trick, but then it's too late. Plus, I'm not too fond of Oprah, myself. So I only end up punishing both of us! Alas, it doesn't work . He continutes to mock the dialogue (of course, it's mockable) and start conversations about the tree trimmer or the sewer guy when I'M TRYING TO EAT MY LUNCH, LISTEN TO THE DIALOGUE AND NOT LOSE MY LUNCH IN THE PROCESS. The only guy he likes is Manny on GH. Hmmm, that should tell me something, don't ya think? But why is it he can get hooked on the Sopranos, Deadwood, Band of Brothers and that kind of series and I don't give him hell about it?!? I just he thinks because there is so much macho bullsh!t in those shows, it is ok to be hooked!! Well, guess what....I am not macho nor do I have a penis (no offense, Flail..love ya!! ) but an addiction to a show is an addition to a show..period!! Thank God he works in the next town and I have my lunch to myself, or he definitely would be !!! BTW, Flail...I am very impressed with your devotion to AMC. Like I said, my Dad was hooked for years. I dare the hubby to rag my on my Dad...the would definitely get his head thumped!!! ;D ;D
