No kidding! I didn't mind her holding him for a second since I was right there, but then I had to make a "diaper emergancy" excuse when she wanted to take him for a walk.
She was probably honestly just offering because she wanted to be nice and helpful, but still...
Everyone at the auction kept commenting on how well behaved Aden was. And he really was. for almost 2 hours he sat on my lap and looked around at all the action. He's comatose now though - - big day!

i'm re-waking this post. i had a good one yesterday. ya know - about people telling people too much info???
i stopped at a walgreens cause i've been looking for paint for pumpkins. go to the check out and the clerk asked if we wanted to try the new snickers candy bar - 3 for a dollar. i said no thanks. she continued to say what an awesome deal it was - blah blah. so i told her i'm allergic to peanuts (which is true) and i don't feel like going to the hospital. WELL - she told me (GULP) that she can't eat peanuts because she has poylups (sp) in her colon and peanuts can't pass.
WTF - i've never even been there before so she has never even seen me!!!!! and as a person with that kind of cancer rapid in the family wouldn't they take them out during the "exam"
i think i won the award of too much information

Ok Charity, Make up your mind! When you started this thread, you were upset because people (like the Wal-mart greeters) acted like you were invisible. Now the Walgreen's lady shares her pol yups info with you & you are shocked! I would have given anything to see your face when she told you this! ;D If she shared this much with you on your first meeting, imagine what she would have shared if she REALLY knew you. Invisible is good sometimes.
