not sure which that is (I've never actually been in a KK) maybe this? What is it with businesses wanting to spell words with a "K" that really begin with a "C"? I don't get it. And repeating "K"s seems like a very bad idea. Very negative association--why would you want that for your business? And man am I jonesing for a donut right now.

Crispy Cream can't be copywrited as a logo or brandname because they are simply words that appear in the english language. They couldn't prevent someone else from calling their donuts crispy or cream filled or whatever. It's the same reason it's Dunkin' not Dunking Donuts. You can trademark "Dunkin' Donuts" or "Krispy Kreme" but not "Crispy Cream" or "Sunking Donuts"
