Ok, I've got to vent my silly thoughts over here, since I don't know how they'd float over at the yahoo fan club comment board. (Not to worry, regarding Jeff my comments are positive. But, still, I can't help being a bit ornery with some of the commentary. First of all, I've gotten to the point were I sort of assume Jeff will play "heavies"/psychos in prime time, at least for now. "Dennis" was a total piece of work I guess, I watched AMC with a critical eye for so long, noticing subtlety of performances, rather than the content of the show. I automatically looked for clues to "Dennis" by way of Jeff's interpretation. Did anyone else notice when Alicia Witt's character first recounted her trauma?--The way, "Dennis" smelled her hair! It was as if the character got some sort of rush out of hearing all of the (supposedly) vile details. I was thinking, "Now, I'm sufficiently creped out...There has to be more to this guy. ;D Now, on to the lesser stuff. In all honesty, I've only seen CSI Miami one or twice. Since when was Levin Rambin on the show? Is she a reoccurring character? Or, was it just a fluke that Jeff was on the same episode as her? Lori

That was a great catch Lori! I hadn't noticed the hair sniffing thing. I used to watch CSI Miami when it first started but the writing became so ridiculous I stopped. From what I hear the Beacon of Light/leven rambin started a recurrring role this season. I called Dennis and his wife were the bad guys and were doing it for a kinky thrill in the first 5 minutes. I still loved Jeff though. Why did Caruso shoot him first?!? I suppose it caused wifey more harm to see her prized trophy husband killed, which is not a bad thing, but I'm gonna need Jeff to stop getting killed. And stay away from tools that clip stuff. I'm still not clear on why the wife ran out of the cellar. Did anyone catch the explanation for that?

Niki, I think it was for the rush - to lure the girl into thinking she was escaping (but obviously wasn't). The psycho wife said something about seeing the hope in their eyes (like when they think they can lay her husband) and wanting to see it snuffed out. I guess that was to prove to the audience what a wack job she was. And I think they shot him b/c he was holding a gun on Eva La Rue and posed an immediate threat to her. I noticed the hair-sniffing thing, too, Lori. But for me it was more of the look he gave that tipped me off. It was kinda like I-hope-they're-buying-this-concerned-husband-bit. And they threw in the "I was away on a business trip". Goodbye alibi ;D What tipped you off, Niki? The one character Jeff played that I wished they'd have killed off was Jonathan. Just so we coulda had a freaking goodbye

"...I-hope-they're-buying-this-concerned-husband-bit. And they threw in the "I was away on a business trip". '" Yep, that was definately hinky, too. ;D Beth you're right about why they shot "Dennis"--Those wacky married kids were about to give Eva La Rue's character way more than a psycho manicure. So, "Dennis" went splat. Since Alisha Witt's character no longer had a cohort in madness, for the time being, she went back to being simi-sane-- If you can even call it that. Remember that guy said hers was the dominant personality, between the husband and wife...She was in the driver's seat and he was along for the ride, psychologically speaking. "Dennis" was sort of crazy by association. With him gone, she was alone. So, she was spilling the beans for all they were worth. Lori

Yeah, I kinda got a kick when they said she was the dominate one and she thought every woman wanted her husband. I guess the male ego can't resist that logic

Yeah, I would think so. Although I don't know if it will be up after this Sunday or not. It's worth a shot. Hulu might have it too.
