While I'm not really a fan of the Madden in a box stuff, I have to admit that I really think Ian is doing a fantastic job. He has been so dry in his character that I think IB is hitting this performance well. I am pleasantly suprised actually.
I hope this is a good section to put this in, but I persoanlly wanted to give Ian a thumbs up. I would absolutely freak out if I were stuck in a box underground, and the way he goes from sweaty, freak out mode to calm, hopeless mode to snarly, sly mode, etc. has been really good. I hope someone picks up on this performance and uses it on another show. Give him something with a range!

Ian is actually quite a good actor, you couldn't tell from the drek AMC wrote him but he has been great in everything else I've seen him in. and I agree- he's knowcking it out of the park in the box!

I haven't ever seen him anywhere else, but I've been quite bored with him up to this point. I agree - it's the writing. But now that he has a chance to show some emotion, he has really made the best of it.

He was actually fun as Duke Lavery on GH (Anna claimed Duke was Ryan's mom's second cousin... but that was when it was Patrick Curry as the dad so now who knows)

IA with Elena. IB is a FABULOUS actor. AMC wasted his talent.

Too bad I'm just now able to see his talent and he's going to be killed off.

Ian is a tremendous actor. The stupid monologues in the box are written horribly, but he is knocking it out of the part. He's been the only thing i've enjoyed about Madden in the box.
