I know this is a little random, but why in the world does Stewart always have one collar tucked in and one out? Have we discussed this already? I think about it everytime he's on. I can't even listen to what he's saying because all I can do is stare at that dang collar in wonderment. If wonderment is a word, because it describes the occasion quite nicely.
It's even the same side that's out and the same side that's in everytime. It's like it's the last thing wardrobe does..."Wait David! Let me "fix" that collar!"
You would think poor Stewart, in all his wisdom and care, would get it right at least ONCE in his lifetime of sweater wearing.
There.... I said it. Stewart is distracting.

I love Stuart! I have watched since the 80's and Stuart has ALWAYS had one collar in and one out. He has worn Argyle sweaters or sweater vests even in August! And his hair is always tousled. I think it was an attempt to make him more child like innocent looking. Stuart changed, but not his look. Stuart was always sweet, but they mad him more insightful and wiser over the years. All of this makes him so lovable, I just want to hug him whenever he is on.

Aww, I like Stuart. But I have noticed that. I think it's just part of 'dumbing down' the character. Remember how they dressed Jon when he was in his gump phase? He still looked but there was a style difference there. But IA, it is somewhat distracting.

With Adam acting less & less like Adam it is an important visual clue now!

True Skye, and I love Stewart too, and have watched him since the 80s, but that collar thing gets to me. They never change it up.

BTWPlat . I love your little "random" observations . my first thought on seeing a WTH? moment or hideous outfit on AMC is ...I wonder what Plat will make of that!

there was one little soapnet blurb once that I used to love it was David Canary explaing how he got 'in character' for Stuart... he rumpled his hair and fixed his collar and said 'there!" or something like that. It was hysterical

How funny! I love David Canary. I'd love to have lunch with him sometime just to hear his stories.
