Per Raven on SOC:
An audition script has just been released for the role of an OB/GYN for Kendall. The scene opens with Kendall in the emergency room panicked and begging Joe to tell her that she's not in labor. That it's far too soon. Joe says that it does look like she's having early labor but tries to calm Kendall.
The OB/GYN examines Kendall and tells Joe that everything seems to be intact and OK. Zach looks at Kendall and reassures her that everything is going to be all right. The script flashes to Ryan at the nurses station. He is asking Derek if he got everything he just told him (make and model of Kendall's car as well as the license number). The scene cuts away to Babe who is pacing nervously and saying that Greenlee has taken Spike and Kendall is in that room fighting for the life of her baby unaware that her other child has been taken.
The scene cuts to Zach holding Kendall's hand as she has the sonogram. The OB/GYN is telling her all the details as they go along. Joe says that the baby is lying across Kendall's belly instead of in the normal heads down position. The OB/GYN says that this can change however and tells her that she is going to check Kendall's amniotic fluid. The doctor does some more checking and tells Zach and Kendall that he's doing just fine. Kendall is stunned and says my baby's a he? The doctor seems surprised that Kendall didn't know and confirms that she's having a son.
It's kind of funny because it talks about the next scene and indicates that it consists of Kendall, Zach, Dr. Delano, nurse, anesthesiologist and preemie doll! The baby is delivered with the OB/GYN indicating to note time of birth as 3.20. Dr. Delano tells Kendall that her son is alive but respiratory effort insufficient so he needs to be in an incubator. Zach again assures Kendall that everything will be fine. scene ends.
The above is a summary of the script release to give you the key notes only (important details). I don't know anything more then what is in this script and am merely passing it along as it was worded. Enjoy and have a great evening everyone.
