I was watching Soapnet the other night and Port Charles came on. TK was on the episode, and can I tell you HOW DIFFERENT he looked??? 5 years ago, he looked totally different. I would have believed him to be 35-40 back then. What a difference! I'm going to try to find some comparison pictures.

Did he show emotion or just smirk?

He was actually pretty animated. He was seeing an ultrasound and found out he was having a son. Maybe he denied that son, too. ;D

HE was much more handsome on PC, but after watching him on AMC, when I rewatch PC I see the woodenness and smirking and unanimation that I missed the first time around

Interesting you should bring this up Liz.
I too have SoapNet. Sometimes the tv is still there when PC comes on and I cannot believe how much better TK looked then.
But more unbelievable, he actually did act in those days. Why does he think he was not responsibility to act on AMC I have no clue.
But I will say you see how he slowly strangled the show, till it was all Ian and we know what happened.

PC's problem was beyond Ian (TK) the 'book' with the introduction of the vampire idea took off and did EXTREMELY well, PC actually went from last place (10th) to 7th or even tied for 6th among the soaps, so tptb, in all their brilliance decided that people didn't want to see 'normal' SLs and had each book get more and more sci-fi/fantasy, with aliens, devils, vampires, werewolves, etc... but what went wrong was the book that introduced it all was well written and what impressed people was how different and unusual it was, and when they just focused on shock value and make the unusual the norm none of it worked anymore.

TK is the man TK is AMC So TK thinks he thinks he is too cool for the room & most of the time he is too cool to talk to other characters except for a young popular woman. I guess at his age he has to be greedy & hog everything while he can

but imdb is not known for accuracy.. for years it listed James Marsters's (a.k.a. Spike on Buffy) dob as 1974 due to publicity stuff Buffy:The Vampire Slayer put out until James himself came out and said it 1962, a 12 year difference

Well, I know I've said this before, and I'll say it again. But I sincerely thought TK was the same age as myself for quite some time. Turned out I was wrong and that I actually had to ADD ten more years to his listed age. My husband even commented on it and my husband is even older than me (hard to believe that someone could be, but it's true ) I still think TK is a very handsome guy. Very. Extremely, in fact. But I also find it hard to believe that he is ten years YOUNGER than I am. Sorry. But to me, he looks MY AGE. And I will be fifty. Real soon.

I thought he was wooden in that shark movie and he was pretty young then. I remember him on PC and OLTL and I thought his acting was ok. Nothing special. I'll concede he was very handsome on PC however on AMC he looks.....strange. Maybe TK doesn't think he needs to make much effort since TIIC wooed him. You know since he has his hand, so to speak, on the pen of one of the head writers.
