Jonathan spent Christmas Eve chained to a chair all night being asked the same questions over and over again w/o legal representation. Just what Jonathan needed on Christmas Eve - more abuse! Derek was beyond cruel & should face consequences for what he did to Jonathan. And Jonathan was the one who saved the baby! Poor Jonathan!

My heart broke when Erin was upset because Jonathan sooo wanted a normal, happy Christmas for once and didn't get it. It's like he's just always in the worst place at the wrong time. You could tell that Erin really wanted to give him a nice holiday too.

It was so sad. My heart really broke for Jonathan. And when he finally got to the Pine Cone, Jonathan was so tired he fell asleep. So much for a happy family Christmas! My poor Jonathan! And Erin is starting to doubt Jonathan. Even though Erin thinks Jonathan may have taken the baby to protect him, she still is losing faith in her brother. Erin's the only one who has always been on Jonathan's side. It's so sad that even Erin is doubting Jonathan. Jonathan deserves better.

I think it was less of Erin thinking Jonathan is capapble of bad things though and more of she thought he might have been able to take the baby for what he thought would have been a good reason: i.e. to take him away from a "mean daddy."
Even I have to admit that it would have been tough not to think he might have tried to "save" the baby considering he pointed the way right to Little A.
But no matter what - she'll fight for him. Even if he had taken Little A, Erin would try to convince the judge it was out of good intentions.

I agree that Erin thinks that Jonathan may have taken the baby with the best intentions. But Jonathan swore that he had nothing to do with the kidnapping - Jonathan's word should be enough for Erin. And then Erin suggested that a childlike Jonathan may be playing pranks and may pose a threat to Kendall & her unborn son. That was just so wrong. I know that Erin loves Jonathan and will fight to keep him safe, but it's still sad that she has doubts about Jonathan. Poor Jonathan!
