I think she made the right decision. I really hope they give her a good exit story, rather than just have her up and leave town or something. I don't really wanna see Brooke die, but i really do think Julia would be terrific at a breast cancer SL.

ooh, I'd love to see her go out on an emmy worthy SL instead of just fading away like Opal and Ruth did

Good for her for saying no to what's basically a demotion. But I think that's probably what they were hoping would happen. They didn't want to pay for two vets, and they had already fired VI. To fire Julia Barr would be an outrage so the best thing they could do was minimize her screentime and hope she jumped ship.

I'm sorry to see her go but I can't say I blame her. TPTB all have the collective IQ of 20 (and I'm being generous). Brandon, you're HILARIOUS!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D Yeah, I'm SO glad Julia told them to kiss her . I would have, too, and I LOVE how she told them that their show is a piece of !!

I don't really wanna see Brooke die, but i really do think Julia would be terrific at a breast cancer SL. Except I wouldn't trust McT to write a good one. LOL. She doesn't seem to know anything but babies. She would probably make a very very bad cancer storyline, probably have it focus on some secrets people are keeping from Brooke or some nonsense instead of the actual cancer.

LOL Well honestly, AMC hasn't really done a public service type storyline in how long? They ignored JR's alcoholism, they ignored all the Lavery's child abuse, they ignored Janet's problems, they sidestepped the whole abortion / unabortion thing...
heck on GH they have a drug addiction, cancer and abortion s/l all at once. And all of them are done quite tastefully, I think, minus the party that is Lucky's rehab room. LOL.
