So, this is my weekend for not getting anything to work. I couldn't even get a virtual knife to carve a virtual pumpkin. It just wouldn't work for me. Oh well.

Aww I`m so jealous of how well Holidays are done in America . My children were so spoilt at Halloween in Texas . Trestle tables of candy outside every house . Adults ready and willing to chat to them and give out goodies . My little girl learned her first words at Halloween after "mom "and "dad " . She was a fairy with wings the same size as her , toddling about at 10 mnths . She discovered that when she said " chocwat ....peeeze! " A world of Hershey`s was thrown at her ! Here in Aussy we`re back to the real world , wandering up and down the streeets where everyone has turned the lights off and are hiding behind the curtains! They don`t " do " halloween here apparently!

They don't do Halloween? Tell your Aussie neighbors that they are supposed to be the country of fun people. They're missing out on a geat opportunity/excuse to get crazy and have some fun. You'd think they'd be all over it.

They do the scary movies on tv thing and there is some stuff in the shops but trick or treating isn`t big . Just like in Britain . I think that is the most popular night to go out for a meal ! We are such carmudgeons about things like that!

How sad! It's so much fun as kids to get dressed up and go to the school fair or go to your neighbors homes and get treats.
Still waiting on those photos Cerial!!! ;D
