Attorneys for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were back in court yesterday to duke it out over child custody. Kevin's attorney says the unscheduled court session was actually called to "refine certain areas" of the judge's previous order in the case. He says he doesn't think those misdemeanor charges filed against Britney last week for an August hit-and-run will have any affect on upcoming hearings regarding child custody. If convicted on the driving changes, Britney could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count. She is scheduled to be arraigned in that case on October 10, but she's not required to show up. The first child custody hearing is set for November 26, and the second isn't until early January.
