I have a few things to say about Thursday's episode: 1. Cameron makes sweaters look good! 2. Chrishell Strause is doing a wonderful job, as the emotionally disheveled "Amanda". Vincent Irizarry is doing very well, as the master manipulator, "Dr. Dave"---Uh oh, Amanda better be careful! 3. At last, Pratt is moving Jake and Taylor's relationship along with some, gradual, lighter, moments. Frequently, humor comes from life's darkest moments. (Let's here it, for telenovellas... ;D) 4. I couldn't escape the irony. AMC's best scenes, probably, weren't "scripted" at all--just the edited real life accounts of actual veterans. Lori

I agree! I'm really interested in the Taylor/Brock/Jake storyline. I want to see what happens there. I don't think they should have written Amanda out of that one just yet, but I guess they wanted to move her into the "getting back at JR" storyline instead.
What do you make of the Jesse 180? Suddenly he had another family for 20 years? He was with this other chick a lot longer than he was with Angie!

Hey, Chris! I'm not really liking Jesse's situation, right now...Up until to day (11/11/08) Angie's been way too calm, with him. I know, she's a professional and coudln't blow up at Rebecca and Natalia, in the hospital--and considering their circomstances, and all... But, Jesse--once they got home--that would be a whole different story!

I thought when Angie had a few glasses of wine and started telling him when she really thought that it would be great. And it was okay, she got mad, then forgave him. I think she forgave too easily though.

And now, since Jesse's other wife is dying of cancer, Angie has invited everyone to come live with her and Jesse. Like one big multi-wife family. It's Big Love... AMC style.

Well, sisters share one man's sperm - why not two women sharing one husband?

It all makes sense in AMC land!
