From SNS:
Dinah volunteers at a hospital where, unaware it is Shayne, she tries to help an injured soldier who rejects her attention. Hearing Dinah talk about events at home, Shayne tells the doctor he needs to go back to Springfield.

Me too, Beth. Unless the injury is a head wound! In which case, I repeat my promise to fly to NYC and deliver a beatdown to the GL writers. A beatdown will also be in order if Shayne is injured in an "English Patient" kind of way!

I never saw the English Patient on purpose. Somehow, I knew I would hate that movie... but I'm not sure why.
A head wound wouldn't be so bad - if it unleashed his twin, evil Jonathan, to enable him to play with explosives and beat down all stupid bitches ;D

Beth, I'm one of those people who loved the English Patient. But then, I have had a serious long term crush on Ralph Fiennes. I heart him. Also, "Sayid" from Lost is in that movie.

I like Ralph Fiennes just fine. Have you seen Quiz Show? Great movie! He was also impressive (albeit a little creepy) in The Red Dragon.

Quiz show was great. Have you seen "In Bruges"? Fantastic, quirky little movie. How can you fault a movie that has both Voldemort and Mad Eye Moody in it? And Colin Farrell in one of his best roles ever as far as I'm concerned.

Oh, and did I mentioned I'm very excited about Jeff's debut on GL? That was for Liz who, as we all know and have the scars to prove it, hates, hates, hates it when we go off topic. ;D

I've never heard of that movie, but Colin Ferrell and quirky characters? I'm there! And watching GL nextweek? I'm there also. (How 'bout the segue? )

That was a masterful segue, Beth. I think you may have helped us avoid another beating from Liz. Thank you.
