The way the boys were talking... "there were no witnesses to what we did" and then Colby was listening to Madden's will and testement.... so did the moron brothers really do it?

wait, didn't Mimi Torshen's column say Jr and Jamie were the kidnappers? We assumed she was wrong.... what if she knew something we didn't?

Who knows. She may have let something slip out or she was just guessing...

if they did do it... will you be able to forgive them or will it taint the way you think about them from now on?

It could taint me and, frankly, JR doesn't need it. Thing is- way too obvious, way too early.I don't think they killed him

I agree its too early, but so far tptb haven't tried too hard to make anyone else look guilty....

I don't think they did it (too obvious)...they did SOMETHING but I'm pretty sure it'll come out that while someone was burying madden, JR and Jamie were doing something else illegal but not nearly as bad. *shrug*
I know the spoilers hint that Babe gets suspicious of David later, so I think David is framing JR. Notice he's been MIA lately?

Oh, true, Minkie. Hmmmm.....really, there are many who could do it. I'de hate for it to be David but it fits his MO and his obsession with Dixie

Well here's how I see it...I'm 99% positive someone is framing Jr for it (the 1% doubt = JY leaving the show). Which narrows down the suspects considerably. A large chunk of the suspects wouldn't frame JR that way--Dixie, Tad, Di, Dell and even Zach (because he promised Dixie). So that leaves David, Ryan (doubtful...Ryan wouldn't do that), Erica (doubtful, she was unconscious during most of it), Kendall (in a coma, no way in hell) and Julia (no motive to go after JR). So that leaves David.
The only other explanation I can think of is it's Josh and Kendall framing JR as revenge but...I think Josh would care more about getting the real killer at this point.

Well let's say (hypotheticlly) Josh is framing JR because he truly thinks he did it? Then what? I mean let's think about the writing here. It would actually make sense (with these writers) for Josh to want to frame JR no matter what, so now what kind of a ballgame are we playing?

It's possible...it would work as well with Josh's obsession with Babe. He makes JR look guilty so she leaves him. But I think the spoiler about David is our real clue.
I would love for Babe to defend David to Josh and then Josh finally drops his Babe worshipping. LOL.

I really dont see Josh's obsession with Babe. I do, however, see tptb pulling this SL out of their A##es without even trying to make it make a lick of sense

Yeah, I'm with you-that's pretty much how all their stories go isn't it, elana?
