I like it. Especially our group "business" trips....now I don't know how going out drinking is considered business but hey...I'm game!

Onelifelover, sounds like a dream job to me!! LOL! ;D Did you read the whole thing or just the part about our "business trips". I wouldn't say it's my dream job....that would be Full Time Heiress....I'm still holding out hope that I was switched at birth & my rich parents are out there somewhere looking for me! ;D

LOL! Way cooler, & more importantly, down to earth. There is a such thing as too much money....seems crazy I know, but there is a fine line.

Wow, you guys are fun and I love reading about everyone's occupation. Cruise, I never put two and two together so I had no clue it had anything to do with your occupation. I never claimed to be working with a whole brain, guys. LOL.
Since it's my first day, I'll tell you guys what I do. I'm in my Senior year at an art school in San Francisco. I'll be out at the end of spring (my parents are celebrating or a huge sigh of relief-nit sure which). I want to do what is called layouts for animantion films and tv. So basically I'll be drawing backgrounds. It sounds boring but it's actually very fun. I'de like to do character design as well, but I love the research and process needed for background drawings. I'm originally from Texas, so San Fran was a shocker my first year, but it's a great city. I hope to get a job in New York, though. I have class 3 times a week and often in the afternoon, so that's how I got hooked to AMC.

That DOES sound interesting Meg! I've always been interested in that myself, though I went a different direction. You'll have to share some background stories!

Meg! THAT IS GREAT! And no, it's not boring AT ALL! I used to want to do "animation" and such (for Disney, if you can believe that! ), but it was WAY BEFORE COMPUTERS. So we had to do it "clamation style". It was tedious, BUT FUN! I just love it when I see people following their "dreams". Also, you're going to school in my neck of the woods. Good choice
