I'm bringing my freakin' cane. Oh, and yes, I am the bad joo joo of check-out lines. I ALWAYS tell the people behind me to find another line because otherwise they will still be there until the sun burns out. I ALWAYS have my credit card, etc ready beforehand, by the way, but the person in front of me has no clue that they are NOT at the Social Security Administration and can't figure out how they ended up with nine oranges and three tangerines. Plus they have coupons for stuff they didn't even buy. I'm dreading tomorrow.

;D ;D i hate people who don't even know where their checkbook is or credit card. too funny. i have my freakin check written almost all the out. just need to ask how much. or the cash is in hand. really - is it that freakin hard.
or the rude people who don't put the line separater thing on the belt (the thing that separates customers). so i end up practially laying on top of the belt to get it out to be nice to the guy behind me.
i heard a comedian say that if the rude people don't separate their stuff from yours throw an 8 pack of batteries with their stuff. half the people wont notice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh, I have that "long line/short line" problem too. But it's not just exclusive to lines. Without a doubt, I will always be in the slowest lane of traffic. The other lanes are whizzing by, so I get over as soon as I can and then there's a sudden slow down in the new lane and the lane I just got out of are moving right along! Of course, if you get back in that lane, they slow down again.
